A 4 - 6 week top up is always recommended after your initial treatment. This is to lock in and enhance your results. After your top up, results can last 6 months up to 2 years depending on your diet, genetics and lifestyle.

When:3 hours post treatment. What: Anything white & anything clear. For 48 hours after your appointment, it's recommended that you avoid acidic, pigmented foods and beverages and stick to things that won't cause discolouration. Look at it like this, if it would stain a white t-shirt, it can stain your teeth. Little tip: Being careful about the foods you eat 48 hours after your appointment can help you maintain your new, whiter smile for longer.

Results vary person to person but in general your teeth can lighten anywhere from 5 - 18 shades lighter depending on the treatment you choose, genetics, oral hygiene, starting tooth colour and your lifestyle (what you eat, drink, if you smoke etc...)

3 hours after your appointment you can only consume water (so make sure you eat before your appointment). The first 24 hours your teeth pores are open so may be more sensitive to things you're not normally sensitive to. Avoid anything too hot, cold or acidic to make sure you don't have discomfort. For 48 hours you're on an all white, all clear diet. This is because your teeth are still processing so we don't want any colour interfering with the process. Even if you're happy with the shade of your teeth you still have to complete the 48 hours as in this time, your teeth are super susceptible to stains so having colour will just create a new stain and we don't want that after all our hard work.
